Basecamp

Set up every channel properly.

The foundation product. We audit and clean up every place a customer might find or contact you — website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, reviews, web service form. So when someone searches your name, what they find actually matches who you are. And it sets the stage for everything else.

What's included

Every channel a customer might use to find you. Set up properly.

Basecamp is a 2–3 week engagement that touches every place your business shows up online. We start with an audit, we walk you through what we found, and then we execute. By the end, your website, your Google listing, your social pages, and your reviews are all telling the same story — and that story actually matches the quality of your business.

01
Website refresh or full rebuild
Modern, mobile-optimized, fast-loading. Designed around what your customers actually want to know — services, hours, contact, social proof.
02
Built-in service request form
A web form on your site that captures customer requests with all the right details — and notifies you the moment one comes in.
03
Google Business Profile cleanup
The single biggest local search optimization (SEO) lever. Photos, hours, categories, services, attributes, posts, Q&A — all in sync. Plus a system for getting you more reviews.
04
Facebook & Instagram audit and fix
Page categories, about sections, contact options, profile and cover imagery, action buttons. Aligned with everything else.
05
Yelp listing creation or cleanup
Most Summit County businesses are missing or mis-listed on Yelp. We claim, fix, or create the listing — including service area and photos.
06
Cross-channel consistency
Name, address, phone number, hours, services — identical everywhere. This is what Google's algorithm actually rewards.
07
Customer reviews increased
A simple template for you or your team to ask happy customers for reviews — this drives increased conversions.
08
Optional logo or branding refresh
If your visual identity needs updating to match the new presence, we handle it. If your existing branding is solid, we keep it.
How it works

Four phases. Two to three weeks.

Basecamp is more involved than a website rebuild because we're touching every customer-facing channel. We've broken it into four phases — the first one happens before you even grant us access to anything, so you can see exactly what we found and what we're proposing before committing further.

1
Phase 1 · Audit (no access required)
From the moment you engage with us, we do a public review of every channel — Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, your existing website — and produce a scored audit report. Each channel gets a grade across multiple categories, with the gaps and recommendations laid out clearly. You get this report whether or not you decide to move forward.
2
Phase 2 · Allow Access (30 minutes)
You add us as Manager on Google Business Profile, Editor on Facebook and Instagram, Admin on Yelp. We walk you through it on a single 30-minute call. We don't get any payment information, customer data, or anything outside the channel listings themselves. It is needed to allow us to make updates on your behalf and relinquish control when we're done.
3
Phase 3 · Execute the refresh (1–2 weeks)
We rebuild your website, fix every channel listing, sync everything to match, build out the service request form, and set up the review request flow. You don't have to do anything during this stage. We send you a preview when there's something to look at.
4
Phase 4 · Review & launch
You review final changes, we tweak until you're happy. We push everything live. Then we help you generate new reviews from your existing customer base using the templates and outreach scripts we built.
FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp all support adding managers/editors/admins as separate users. You add us, we do our work, and you can remove us at any time without changing your own passwords. We never get your login credentials.
What if I want to keep my existing website design?
Totally fine. We can do a refresh that keeps your existing brand and structure but cleans up performance, mobile responsiveness, and SEO. The audit will tell us whether a refresh or a rebuild makes more sense.
Will Basecamp move me up in Google search results?
Yes — usually noticeably, sometimes dramatically. The biggest local SEO factors are Google Business Profile completeness, review velocity, and consistency across channels. Basecamp addresses all three. We can't promise a specific ranking, but we'd be very surprised if you didn't see your local pack visibility improve within 30–60 days.
What happens after Basecamp is done?
Most clients move directly into Outpost — the unified inbox that catches every customer message coming in through the channels we just set up. Basecamp builds the foundation; Outpost makes sure no leads slips through the cracks.
Can I get just the audit without the rest of Basecamp?
Yes. The audit is a standalone deliverable for businesses that aren't ready for the full engagement but want to see where the gaps are. Talk to us about scoping just the audit if that's a better fit.
What's your money-back guarantee?
30 days from launch. If Basecamp isn't what you needed, we refund the full setup fee — no questions, no friction.
What if I'm just starting out and don't have a Google listing yet?
Then you probably want Trailhead first — get the website live, then come back for Basecamp once you've got a few customers and the channels are worth optimizing. We'll tell you honestly which tier you're ready for.
