Day 1 · 30-minute kickoff discussion
We talk about any visuals (logos, photos) that you want, what you want from the site, who your customers are and where you want to direct them.

Days 2–3 · We build
We design the page, write the copy, set up the domain, and configure local SEO. You don't have to do anything during this stage. We'll send you a preview link when there's something to look at.

Day 4 · Review & tweak
You review, we tweak to make it just the way you like it. Once we agree on final edits, we are ready to go-live.

Day 5 · Go live
We push it to your production site and the next person who searches for you, finds you.

What if I don't have a logo or photos?
No problem. We'll build you one if you need it. We just will need your thoughts on what style you envision.
Can I edit the site myself after it's live?
Trailhead is built as a static site, so you don't really need to, but we are happy to share some basics with you to be self-sufficient. For the first 30 days, edits are free; after that, edits are a few minutes of work and we don't charge for small things.
What happens if I outgrow Trailhead?
You upgrade to Basecamp, which is the full multi-channel foundation: Google Business Profile cleanup, social presence, Yelp, web service request form, the works. If you upgrade within 12 months, we credit your full Trailhead price toward the Basecamp upgrade.
What's your money-back guarantee?
30 days from launch. If for any reason Trailhead isn't what you needed, we refund the full setup fee — no questions, no friction.
Why not just use Squarespace or Wix?
You can — and if you have the time, that's a fine path. Most of our clients hire us specifically because they don't want to spend a weekend learning a website builder, picking a template, fighting with the page editor, and then tweaking it for the next year. We do it once, we do it right, and you get back to your actual business.
